The colour green represents the heart chakra and, just by gazing at this woodland carpet of moss, will soothe and calm a heavy heart. Breathe deeply as you contemplate the rich, deep texture as the sunlight plays on the forest floor. Breathing in this way, whilst focusing on this colour, is nature's free medicine for whatever ails you.

The healing energies of trees

Trees are are a great source of healing energy which you can tap into whenever you are feeling depleted.Just walking through woodland alone will re-charge your energy. If you are feeling an excess of negative emotion try the followng exercise:
Choose a 'favourite' tree and stand with your back against it. Place the palms of your hands on the trunk pointing downwards and silently ask the tree to drain away the negative feelings from your energy body. Thank the tree and be still whilst it absorbs your excess emotions and grounds them in Mother earth. You might feel a gentle rocking motion during this process.When you feel cleared thank the tree again , knowing now, that help is always at hand. You are grandly loved in so many ways. You only have to ask and it is given!

This is Lunga{Italian for Long}At one year she is still very much a puppy and everybody falls for her. She has the nature of a wee angel and is a perfect example of 'Agape' love-that which radiates pure unconditional love because it is of it's very nature to do so. I think you will agree she is a bonny wee messenger-just spell "dog" backwards!

All crystals, need to be cleansed and charged. There are some exceptions, however, such as Citrine, a stone of the divine which never needs cleansing. To cleanse your crystal proceed as follows: hold the crystal palm upwards, fingers closed and say "I respectfully ask the elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water to remove all negative energies from this crystal and from myself. Thankyou. Now wait until you feel a shift in the energies. This will vary from person to person. When your intuition tells you the cleansing is complete open the palm and spread the fingers repeating the following: "I respectfully ask the elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water to place all positive energies into this crystal and into myself. Thankyou. You will feel a different shift this time, often feeling like a soft breeze between the fingers. When this stops your crystal is now fully charged and ready for use.

How many of us have got a big clock tower in our head that constantly reminds us of how little time we have left to accomplish all that we 'must' do today?
