Cleansing and charging your crystals

All crystals, need to be cleansed and charged. There are some exceptions, however, such as Citrine, a stone of the divine which never needs cleansing. To cleanse your crystal proceed as follows: hold the crystal palm upwards, fingers closed and say "I respectfully ask the elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water to remove all negative energies from this crystal and from myself. Thankyou. Now wait until you feel a shift in the energies. This will vary from person to person. When your intuition tells you the cleansing is complete open the palm and spread the fingers repeating the following: "I respectfully ask the elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water to place all positive energies into this crystal and into myself. Thankyou. You will feel a different shift this time, often feeling like a soft breeze between the fingers. When this stops your crystal is now fully charged and ready for use.
